Janet's Country Fayre

Janet started making chutney's and relishes back in 1994, before the popular trend towards homemade and natural products took off. The idea was to make hand made artisan products, using only the finest ingredients. She produces over 18 different types of chutneys, relishes, salad dressings and pestoes. Her most famous product is the classic, and much copied, Sweet Pepper Relish. According to the Bridgestone Irish Food Guide, "things just got to taste a whole lot better" when Janet's products grace the table. She entered and then swept the Great British Taste Awards in 2006, with 5 gold medals and 1 silver. Janet is a member of the Wicklow CEB Owner Manager Network and has been assisted by Wicklow County Enterprise Board in the setting up of state-of-the-art kitchens in Bulford Business Campus, to meet demands for her popular products.
