Red pepper dip:
For a quick snack or party dip, mix a couple of tablespoons of red pepper relish with equal quantities of cream cheese and enjoy with chopped vegetables, wholemeal bread or good quality crackers.
 

Basil Pesto:
Traditionally served with pasta, this richly textured pesto is great in vinaigrettes and sauces. Spread on croistini or bruschetta, brush over chicken or fish. Toss into stir frys and new potatoes.

 

Beetroot Blush
Very different to traditional pickled beetroot; Beetroot Blush brings out the natural sweet flavour of vitamin rich beetroot. Delicious with any food at any time of the day. Serve warm with a dash of horseradish as an alternative vegetable.

 

Chutney for Cheese & Wine
Like a good Bordeaux wine, this chutney has body, bouquet and spicy overtones! As with red wine, serve with meat dishes, a fiesty Indonesian or a good Irish cheese board

 

Cranberry Chutney
Bursting with the tantalising tang of healthy berries, this chutney is great all year round. Like Sweet Pepper Relish it will compliment any food at any time.
