Ingredients
  1. 1 Jar of Janet's Just Delicious Arrabiata Pasta Sauce
  2. Olive Oil
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 1 Carrot - Grated or Diced
  5. Minced Beef or Lamb
  6. 1 Red Pepper - Diced (Optional)
  7. 1 can of Red Kidney Beans
Instructions
  1. Heat some olive oil in a wok or large frying pan.
  2. Add the sliced onion and cook until onions are soft.
  3. Add your minced meat, turn up the heat slightly and allow the meat to brown.
  4. Drain the kidney beans.
  5. Turn the heat down and add your kidney beans, grated carrot and a jar of JJD's Arrabiata Sauce and chopped red pepper (if desired).
  6. Simmer on a low heat and cook gently until the kidney beans have softened. (15 mins approx.)
Serving Suggestions
  1. For Lunch: With Tortilla Chips for dipping
  2. For Dinner: Traditionally with rice.
