Ingredients
  1. 3 medium carrots diced or sliced
  2. 1 medium onion finely diced
  3. 4 stalks celery diced
  4. 1 medium potato peeled & diced/sliced
  5. 2 mugs water
  6. 1kg mince meat lamb / beef / turkey
  7. Dash of soya sauce
  8. Rapeseed oil
  9. 1 jar of Janet’s Just Delicious Basil & Roast Garlic Pasta Sauce
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 170 degrees
  2. In a large casserole pot, sweat the diced onion in a little rapeseed oil.
  3. Then add the mincemeat and lightly brown it for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add in all the other ingredients and stir .
  5. Put the lid on the casserole pot and place in the heated oven.
  6. Cook for 1 hour & 15 minutes.
  7. Serve with crusty baguette or warmed nan bread.
