  1. 4 Chicken breasts
  2. A jar of Janet’s Just Delicious Scrummy Plum Chutney
  1. Lightly panfry the chicken breasts on both sides. Then transfer to a shallow casserole dish.
  2. Spread the jar of chutney over the chicken breasts. Cover the casserole dish in tinfoil.
  3. Place in a warm oven (180 degrees) and cook for 35 minutes. Serve with hot fluffy rice and some vegetables of your choice.
